Let the Light Rise Upon the Forest was produced as part of the second-year semester fiction short project at the Catalyst Institute for Creative Arts and Technology. It premiered in the NEST section of the 72nd San Sebastián International Film Festival and has since screened at numerous international film festivals, including Tallinn Black Nights Film Festival, Gijón International Film Festival, Riga International Short Film Festival 2annas and Cinalfama Film Observatory, where it received the awards for Best Screenplay, Best Director and Best Lead Actor.
